Women's sports are not appreciated as much as men's. There are less opportunities for women to get the same recognition as men due to broadcast coverage, opportunities for fantasy teams, and dominance in male sports reporters. People watch men's sports more frequently because people feel more closely connected and involved.

Misson

ESPN has created ESPNW to recognize female athletes, however, there is little to no knowledge that this exisits. Does their lack of advertising campaigns go against what they are trying to stand for? It's time we start putting women in charge.

Manifesto

Women will not be treated equally outside the home until men are equal in it. Now it's time for a change. Children won't have to look up to someone that doesn't exist; female athletes inspire us to defy the odds. The future is now and the future is female.
